Superseed Chocolate Truffles (Vegan)


You don't have to be vegan to enjoy these.

If you love dessert and have a sweet tooth, these will satisfy! The rich, fudgy chocoalte truffle is filled with plant based protein and superseed fats of chia and hemp!

Ingredients:


Directions:

  1. Add dates into processor and process until a paste forms

  2. Add in the Hemp Hearts, chia, cocoa, Hemp Yeah! Plant Protein, cocoa vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Process until thoroughly combined and a ball forms. Add 1 tbsp of water at a time until the mixture comes together

  3. Pulse in the cacao nibs. The dough should be sticky when pressed between your fingers. If it’s not sticky enough to shape into balls, if not add more water and process until it comes together

  4. Shape into 1 tbsp size balls

  5. Dip into a small bit of melted dark chocolate, then in the coconut flakes

  6. Freeze for 20 minutes and store leftovers in the freezer
