Peanut Butter Dessert Yogurt

This is a dietitian approved dessert, and I eat this every, single day! What changes are the toppings you choose to add, you can add fresh berries, granola, nuts or just eat it plain!


  • For 1 serving:

  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp natural creamy peanut butter

  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup, honey or 1/2 package of stevia/splenda

Mix it all together in a small bowl or cup, and enjoy immediately!
