Making a Flourless Pancake

Not all flourless pancakes are totally grain free, and in this case we are using oats, or oat flour, but get creative with the kind of flour you use!





INGREDIENTS


¼ cup quick cooking oats

1 large egg

½ tbsp chia seeds

A shake of cinnamon


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix ingredients in a small bowl with a fork, until well combined

  2. Heat a small skillet on medium heat and spread the mixture to resemble a round pancake (or whatever shape you want!)

  3. Cook for 2 mins, flip with spatula and cook for 2 minutes more

  4. Top this steaming hot cake with 1 tbsp of your favorite peanut butter, and 1 cup of blueberries
