Ginger Bread Overnight Oats

Thick, creamy, sweet with the warming spices of fresh baked gingerbread cookies! This oatmeal will have you feeling all of the holiday feels, and feeling FULL because it is rich in both protein and fibre.


Gingerbread Overnight Oatmeal a sweet & filling breakfast!

INGREDIENTS This makes 1 serving

  • ⅓ cup quick oats

  • ⅓ cup vanilla greek yogurt

  • ½ cup milk

  • 2 tsp chia seeds

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • ½ tsp ginger spice (and we all liked Ginger Spice haha)

  • ½ tbsp blackstrap molasses (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl or tupperware container, seal tightly and shake well!

  2. Top this oatmeal with 1/4 cup all bran buds and 1/2 cup of fruit for a complete balance breakfast

  3. If you make these in advance, they will stay in your fridge for 3 days, ready to grab and go!
