Crispy Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Everyday I'm brusselin'. Are you? Maybe you will brussel real hard once you try this delightful twist on roasted sprouts, crispy and full of flavour, these are a game changer!
SUPER SIMPLE STEPS
Start with 4 cups brussel sprouts and prep them by removing the woody stem (that little end of the sprout) with a knife and cut in half or in quarters for the big ones. The tiny ones can be left whole.
In a large bowl, toss in 3 tbsp olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and roast these sprouts, at 400 degrees for 25 minutes, be sure they are layered as a single layer
Once they are out of the oven, carefully place them back into a large bowl to get ready to dress!
Gently toss them with a 1/4 cup grainy dijon mustard and 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
